Royal Philips raises the alarm on sleep disorders and respiratory health

Royal Philips, a leading health technology company in the Netherlands, devised a campaign to raise awareness of sleep disorders among people in Singapore, leading to 21,900 online engagements and an editorial reach of 8.9 million.

Objective

While sleep and healthy air are pillars to overall health and wellbeing, there is not enough attention given to the quality of sleep and the air we breathe in.

Globally, it is estimated that more than 100 million people suffer from sleep disorders, 80% of whom remain undiagnosed1. Closer to home, 1 in 10 Singaporeans has a severe form of undiagnosed sleep disorder2. The challenges of diagnosing sleep disorders are two-fold.
