Over the years, SMG has made its products more environmentally friendly and embarked on major CSR initiatives, particularly around water quality.

Specifically, SMG removed phosphorus from its lawn fertilizers back in 2013, since excess phosphorus was contributing to toxic algae blooms -a devastating water crisis that taints drinking water, kills fish and wildlife, hurts tourism and costs...
