Shopper insights from Great Singapore Sale 2015

This infographic provides an insight into the consumer behaviour of more than 200,000 Singaporeans shopping in six of the nation's biggest shopping malls during 2015's Great Singapore Sale.
  • The locations covered in the report are: Bugis Junction, Marina Square, Novena Square, Orchard Road, Raffles City and Suntec City.
  • Orchard Road, an affluent shopping hotspot popular with tourists, enjoyed 2.5x the foot traffic of Suntec City which houses more mid-range and fast fashion brands.
  • The majority of Singaporean shoppers visit malls between 17:00 and 21:00; men prefer to shop at malls on Tuesday evenings after work, whereas women prefer to shop on Sundays.
