PG Aditiya is the creator of India's most awarded campaign ever: The Unfiltered History Tour, an undercover tour of the British Museum's disputed artefacts - for VICE Media. He was the Chief Creative Officer of Dentsu Webchutney until 2022 and is currently building Talented, an employee-owned independent creative agency, which he co-founded along with Gautam Reghunath (Dentsu Webchutney's ex-CEO) and the core team of the Unfiltered History Tour. Karen Crum is a Strategy Partner and the EMEIA Brand Strategy Leader for Strategy and Transactions at EY, working across corporate strategy and value creation. Originally a bioinformatician in a biotech start-up, she then spent 18 years in the agency world as a strategist in the WPP and IPG networks. Karen joined EY after 10 years at McCann Worldgroup, where she led strategy for some of McCann’s global biggest clients. A core area of her expertise is in helping businesses and brands reposition or transform, as well as defining how their brand strategy can protect and grow their value. With hundreds of awards to her name she is also an experienced advocate of how creativity underpins business growth.
David Droga

In every organisation, the two people who know the most about a company are the CEO and the person in the mailroom. David is proud to say he has held both positions and is better for it. At only 18, he started his career delivering packages. By 33 he had climbed the ranks at Saatchi & Saatchi and was promoted to Global Chief Creative Officer of Publicis, but decided to move to New York instead to open his own agency, Droga5, in 2006. To date, he is the most-awarded creative at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and the youngest person ever inducted into the New York Art Directors Club Hall of Fame.

Ian’s inquisitive nature, mixed with his analytical skills means you can always rely on him to spot the interesting stories that are hidden in data. Grace Kite
Economist and Founder, Magic Numbers and Magic Works
Grace is a business economist who’s worked on hundreds of MMM projects, learning about how to get growth in different categories, and coaching marketing people on how to put their numbers to good use and tell stories that enable change. In 2010 Grace founded Magic Numbers which does analytics and econometrics in a way that’s human and down to earth but always bang on and bang up to date. In 2023 she founded Magic Works, which offers practical no-nonsense, training on what works in marketing and how to convince stakeholders to do the right thing. Grace is a columnist at marketing week and WARC, and a regular speaker on marketing effectiveness. She has a PhD in Economics, 14 IPA Effectiveness award winners, including the Grand Prix in 2022, and was chair of technical judges in 2020 and 2022.
