Ruder Finn and CSG Intage research investigated the significance of the growing second-hand luxury market among 2,500 respondents, of whom 2,000 reside in mainland China and 500 in Hong Kong.
  • The concept of 'circular fashion' has gained attention in recent years due to its alignment with low carbon values; jewellery, apparel, shoes, small leather goods like wallets, accessories like belts, scarves, eyewear, are the most commonly purchased second-hand luxury items.
  • In contrast, second-hand luxury furniture, home decor items, high-end electronic gadgets, and fine wines and spirits are the least popular.
