Objective
Indeed's mission is to connect people to better work that leads to better lives. To enact change, they launched Rising Voices, investing $100,000 each in 10 aspiring BIPOC filmmakers to produce work-related films.
Season One succeeded, but Season Two faced new challenges amidst the "great resignation" and increased competition.
Our objectives: springboard the filmmakers' careers, create a more equitable film industry by generating jobs and building their networks, and demonstrate to other industries how expanding opportunities benefit workers and workplaces.
