The London Stock Exchange created a campaign celebrating the 50th anniversary of women's admission to the trading floor to demonstrate thought leadership, promote diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) and encourage gender diversity.

To celebrate and create awareness amongst a cross section of audiences of a milestone anniversary for women working in financial services and the progress made to date by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and the UK more broadly in building an inclusive DE&I culture across the sector.

Bolster the LSE's thought leadership credentials on the long-term outlook for creating a more equitable and diverse culture throughout the industry.
