Objective

Most people only use body lotion to moisturize their skin during dry or cold weather. Sadly, the body lotion they bought last winter would have been left in the drawer or forgotten on the top of bookshelves. In Vietnam, facts and figures show that body lotion penetration only peaks at a humble 13% during the three winter months and then drops to nearly zero right after.
