We held interviews with people from the Romani community about their experiences in the job market. In addition to that, we carried out a nationwide survey to find out Finnish companies' attitudes towards Romanis in the workforce. The survey* revealed that only under half of all companies see Romanis at an equal standing compared to all other applicants and that up to 6% of all Finnish companies weren't willing to hire Romanis.
