I'm Alive is a Korean Kombucha brand that specializes in producing Kombucha products made from fermented live cultures, rather than the typical powdered form often used for Kombucha. I'm Alive found itself trapped in a business structure heavily reliant on a small loyal customer base due to fading consumer awareness and a shrinking Kombucha market trend.
