Celebrating its 3rd anniversary in Turkey, Coca-Cola Turkey’s loyalty and one-to-one communication app, Daha Daha, has established a special bond with its consumers over the years. The main purpose of the application was to establish one-to-one communication with the consumers using the application and to become a long-lasting partner that makes their lives easier. In 2023, we wanted to reach the right consumer with the right message by analysing the Daha Daha user data we had and the changing needs of people according to Turkey’s changing agenda....
