Instagram influencer marketing grew by nearly 40% in 2018, according to Klear's latest research. There were 2.1 million sponsored Instagram feed posts that included the #ad hashtag in 2018, up 39.6% from 1.5 million in 2017. This growth has occurred despite strong concern over fraud and a lack of transparency in influencer marketing.
