Shopee Taiwan: Return is not that difficult, come to Shopee

Online retailer Shopee leveraged consumer insights around the pain points of returning purchases in its humour-driven campaign.

Background & Context

According to research on the return process, Shopee discovered the majority of users think returning is time-consuming and unpleasant. Hence, Shopee wants to convey that "arbitration would be conducted by Shopee" when returning goods through the campaign. Instead of negotiating with sellers, buyers can directly request a return on APPfor official processing.
